Good morning,
I had been married 5 years with Romanian man, we have 8 months baby girl. My husband like drinking alcohol everyday. When he sooooo drunk, he always looking for scandal. And he make domestic, verbal abuse, and broken things at home (laptop, table, window, plate, rice cooker, etc). And he threatening to kill me.
I make some photo of broken things and video of he threatening me.
When he drunk, he always say me to give baby to him to put on her arm, and last week that baby going down from his arm. And he going down too.
I don't want this happened again. But if I don't let him put baby on his arm, he always say abusive with me or he will hit me.
Now, when he make scandal, he say want to divorced me and get custody of baby with him.
I want asking, if we divorce, he will get custody of baby? I don't want my baby stay with him. He is an aggressive man.
What should I do?
